These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by SAFFRON SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD ("Saffron", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the then-current billing period. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We may adjust pricing or packaging upon notice.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
- No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or interference with the Services.
- No sending of spam or unauthorized messages; comply with carrier and CTIA guidelines for SMS.
4. Customer Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant Saffron a license to process Customer Data to provide and improve the Services. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
The Services may interoperate with third-party products (e.g., analytics, communications, payment providers). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, documentation, designs, and trademarks. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.
7. SMS Appointment Reminder Service
By opting in to SMS appointment reminders, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from SAFFRON SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LTD regarding your appointments with businesses using the Saffron platform. These notifications include:
- Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation of booked appointments with date, time, and location.
- Reminder Notifications: Reminders sent 24 hours (or as configured) before appointments.
- Follow-Up Messages: Post-appointment feedback requests or rebooking invitations.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Notifications about changes to your appointments.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment bookings. All messages are transactional and event-driven; we do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.

8. Opt-Out of SMS
You may opt out of SMS appointment reminders at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will cease sending SMS messages within 5 business days and send a confirmation message.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFFRON AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
